FAQ - Priority Medical & Rehab Centers
What happens on my first visit?
On your first visit, each patient completes brief paperwork, and presents their insurance card(s) and photo I.D. The staff will introduce you to the doctor who will take a complete history, perform an examination and if necessary take x-rays prior to receiving care that day. The doctor will provide you with home instructions before you leave and your next appointment will be scheduled.
What happens on my second visit?
You will consult with the doctor. During this consultation, your doctor will review the examination findings with you. Your doctor will discuss the care and treatment plan designed to help you recover as quick as possible. At this time, feel free to ask questions.
